What a fun craft event! Have you ever made a marionette? I haven't. ;-)

" Check out the many adorable cats in the Maneki Neko: Japan's Beckoning Cats – From Talisman to Pop Icon (Feb 22 - Aug 4, 2013) exhibit. These figurines are believed to bring good luck to their owners. Have good luck all year by creating your own beckoning cat marionette! "

Recommended for kids ages 4-12.

This is "Less than a Latte" at $2 materials fee per child or free with admission.
