Music concert starts at 11am and then the formal ceremony starts at noon and will include speakers like U.S. Senator Maria Cantwell and Seattle Mayor Mike McGinn as Master of Ceremonies. There will be the "Spirit of Liberty" award presentation, The United States Army Color Guard, Native American dancers and a gospel choir to round out the event with flags, dance and music.
