13th Annual Backyard Wildlife Festival with a Kids Garden Party featuring The Bubbleman, arts and crafts and more in Tukwila! - Saturday, May 11th 2013 from 9am-3pm


Check out the Backyard Wildlife Festival - A free, all-day event to educate and inspire people to welcome wildlife - such as birds and butterflies - into their backyards, gardens and communities!

Plus, a special appearance by Ciscoe Morris presenting environmentally friendly pest control solutions!

Also features a "Kids Garden Party".

Fun for kids from 9:00-3:00pm, Most activities are FREE and ongoing! Come check out the fun!

5th Annual Pike Place Market Flower Festival with a Mother's Day card making booth and Ciscoe Morris (Sunday only)! - Saturday and Sunday, May 11th and 12th 2013 - Various hours


Love flowers? Then head to Pike Place Market this weekend as it will be overflowing with them for the annul Flower Festival!

" Mother’s Day weekend is a special weekend at Pike Place Market. The flower stalls overflow into the street with nearly 40 tents set up on the cobblestone street of Pike Place featuring three dozen flower farmers from King, Snohomish, and Whatcom Counties.

Watch the local farmers create gorgeous spring bouquets. Pick up a bouquet or two and make a Mom’s Day card in our card making booth.

Join us at 2 pm on Sunday, May 12 for a talk by local gardening expert Ciscoe Morris who will give gardening tips and advice followed by a Q and A. Ciscoe will be near the intersection of Pike Place and Pine St. "

Annual Sculpture and Garden Art Show with activities, Ciscoe Morris and more at the Bellevue Botanical Garden - Saturday and Sunday, August 25th and 26th 2012 from 10am-6pm both days!






Check out all of the beautiful sculptures and art that will be on display this weekend at the Bellevue Botanical Garden for their annual event. Also, on Saturday, Ciscoe Morris will be leading a tour of the garden at 1pm and from 10am-2pm on both days, kids will get to do printmaking! Plus you can get your "passport" stamped by all of the artists and be entered into a drawing to win free prizes too!

"Sorticulture" festival features handmade garden art and tons of beautiful plants for your backyard. Gardening experts like Ciscoe Morris from King 5 News will be speaking on Saturday at 2pm. There will be gardens on display, a food fair, a wine garden, live music and fun activities for the kids!

Kids Garden Party at the Backyard Wildlife Fair in Tukwila - Saturday, May 12th 2012 from 9am-3pm (Kids Garden Party starts at 10am)


" A free, all-day event to educate and inspire people to welcome wildlife - such as birds and butterflies - into their backyards, gardens and communities

Great event that will have exhibitor booths, tours, special appearances and speakers like Ciscoe Morris, a pancake breakfast (7:30am), arts and craft vendors, a plant sale and more. Specifically for kids will be art and crafts, a "passport" event, a special storytime, a performance by The Bubbleman, and seed planting all for free and a bird house decorating event for a fee.


"Kids Garden Party" Schedule:

10:00am - 3:00pm: Educational Passport Fun

10:00am: Story time with Ranger Rick
