WFamily Fun Day featuring a Marco Cortes performance with a dinosaur theme at Southcenter Mall in Seattle - Thursday, August 1st 2013 at 11am (Special time!)
Take the kids and enjoy a special bilingual performance featuring a dinosaur theme!
" Join us for another extra special WFamily Fun Day in partnership with the King Country Library System on Thursday, August 1st at 11am near the PlaySpace.
Marco Cortes will be singing songs and sharing stories all about dinosaurs! Enjoy songs in Spanish and English while learning about the huge creatures that once roamed the planet.
WFamily Fun Days are always FREE and usually meet on the first Thursday of the month at 10am.
Please note that this months WFamily Fun Day is at 11am. "

Legends of Mexico (Leyendas de Mexico) at the Carnation Library - Friday, February 3rd at 10:30am
Head to the Carnation Library and learn all about the Mexican legends of the Aztecs, Mayans, Toltecs and Hucholes. This bilingual performance will combine art, movement, dance, song and music to bring to life the legends of Mexico!

Hindi storytime with puppets and more at the Sammamish Library - Thursday, January 26th from 4-5pm
Check out another bilingual storytime at the Sammamish Library! This time it features both the Hindi and English languages and utilizes puppets, music and games!

Bilingual storytime (Spanish and English) at the Sammamish Library on Mondays at 10am!
Head to the Sammamish Library and check out their fun, bilingual storytime! This is an ongoing storytime event that promotes language-learning utilizing puppets, music and games! Stories are told in both English and Spanish.
Recommended for kids ages 3 and older with an adult.

Hindi/English Bilingual Storytime with puppets and more in Sammamish on Thursdays!
"Hindi Story Time-Namaste!" - A bilingual language-building storytime featuring puppets, music and games for kids ages 3 and up and their caregivers. It will be held on Thursdays at 4pm at the Sammamish Library.

Dia de los Muertos - Day of the Dead Celebration and Remembrance at the Phinney Neighborhood Center in Seattle - Friday, November 4th from 6:30-9pm
Head to the Phinney Neighborhood Center and attend this special event honoring those that have passed. There will be an art gallery, food, music, dance and kids activities like a Spanish language class with Polly-Glots, face painting, free art projects, sugar skull decoration and bilingual storytelling! Plus, hot chocolate too!
Ways to Participate:
1. Attend the Dia de los Muertos Festival on November 4 from 6:30-9 pm
2. Dress in costume for the event - makeup, masks and costumes are encouraged!
3. Bring a photograph or remembrance of your relatives for our community altar - altar will be at the PNA, starting November 1
4. Purchase a ticket for the PCPE Raffle, call the PNA at 206.783.2244 for more details!

Dia de los NiƱos (Day of the Children) event in Bellevue - Friday, May 6th at 6pm
