Sept. 5, 7:45 p.m. - Chitty Chitty Bang Bang (1968), G - 144 minutes

(Movies will be shown beginning at sundown. Movie times are approximate.)

" Movies will be shown on the Swedish/Edmonds patio, just outside the hospital café on the second floor. Chair seating on the patio will be available for the first 200 people. Moviegoers may also bring a blanket and sit on the lawn above the patio area. Free parking is available in the lot located just outside the hospital’s west entrance off of 76th Avenue. "

4th Annual Eastside Vitality Community Health Fair at Overlake Hospital in Bellevue - Saturday, January 21st 2012 from 10am-3pm

Check out the Eastside Vitality Community Health Fair at Overlake Hospital! There will be free health screenings, lectures, activities, interactive displays, cooking demos and sampling, tours, refreshments, giveaways, opportunities to speak to Overlake physicians and more!

 

Activities specific to kids and families:

• Children can hop, jump and climb their way through the Seattle Children's obstacle course then get awarded a special giveaway. This will be located at Seattle Children's "Sports Injury Prevention" booth where athletic trainers will be on hand to talk to you about how to lower the risk of childhood-related sport injuries and the importance of encouraging your kids to be active.  

• Watch your children perform a "Candyoscopy" with the help of Overlake's surgical team.

• Plus, your kids might want to explore the world of surgery by watching demos of the daVinci surgical system used in robotic-assisted surgeries.

Seattle Children's Health Fair will be held Saturday, March 12, 2011, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on the main campus of Seattle Children's Hospital. Bring your children, ages 3 to 8, to the hospital for a free hands-on event. With games, activities, contests, crafts and music, we'll answer kids' and families' questions about their health, safety and bodies. Bring your favorite stuffed animal for a check-up at the Teddy Bear Clinic, tour a real operating room and ambulance, visit the Tooth Fairy and more!
There will be free bike helmets and fittings for adults and children. Quantities are limited and wearers must be present.
