Santa Arrival and Tree lighting with choirs, a gingerbread display, the grinch, pony & train rides (for a fee), treats and more at Country Village in Bothell - Saturday, December 5th 2015 from 10am-8pm

I miss Santa "flying in" but still a fun event!

" It’s a holiday wonderland at Country Village with live reindeer, caroling by local choirs all day long, whimsical gingerbread house display, surprise visit by the Grinch, and 40 local shops and restaurants all decked out in their best with thousands of twinkling lights. An animated light display featuring a 40’ sea serpent, fiddling pig, giant dragonfly, marching ducks and more!
Be sure to visit Santa’s Workshop featuring on the spot Santa Photos by Arthur & Associates. Complimentary hot roasted chestnuts begin at 4 pm ‘til they last. Our own Town Crier will herald the arrival of Santa at 7 pm on his dazzling Christmas float followed by a traditional tree lighting. Everyone will get a chance to greet Santa and receive a candy cane.
The Gingerbread House Contest winners will be announced just before Santa arrives.
Pony and train rides (weather permitting) are open for a nominal fee.
This event is free and open to the public. "
