Adventure Radio Theater
directed by Emily Purington

This sounds like a fun one!

" Explore the 1940s through the magic of live radio performance. Before podcasts and Spotify, communities all around the world tuned in to a wavelength where borders of class and ethnicity blurred into an ideal of what it meant to be “American”. Classic routines like “Who’s On First,” immigrant stories, mystery dramas, advertising jingles, and more scenes of life from the 1940s radio are woven together in a zippy production – with live sound effects! "
Ensemble features actors grades 5 – 8.
