" Henry David Thoreau's thinking laid the groundwork for environmental preservation efforts in the United States and around the globe. Let's travel back in time for a child's-eye view of the man, his time, and his experiments in simpler living. After the stories, come to the program room to look at maps and plan an urban walk. "
