Any Star Wars fans out there?! Then head to BobaKhan Toys in Everett to meet your Star Wars favorites! This is a FREE event and they will have raffles worth no less than $50 each as well. Just bring a canned food item for donation to help the local food bank! Don't forget to bring your camera for lots of photo opps.!
" Every year the second Saturday in December we here at BobaKhan Toys host a very merry Star Wars Christmastime holiday event! The event is to raise funds and obtain donations for one of our favorite local charities (the VOA - Volunteers of America Food Bank of Everett) in order to give back to our community here and to say THANK YOU to all of our wonderful customers & friends.
The fantastic members of the Garrison Titan 501st Legion group of the Pacific NW donate their time in costume for our customers to enjoy for four glorious hours (noon to 4pm). We are guaranteed to have a Darth Vader, a Storm Trooper, as well as a Boba Fett in the store! There will also be many other beloved Star Wars characters! These cosplayers are professional and their costumes are just like you would see if you were on the movie set, so it's a great time to come and have your pictures taken with any and all of them here!
Come one and all! There is no cost to attend. No purchase is necessary. However, we do ask that each attendee please do bring at least one can of food or dry good item for every member of the family attending.
There will be sales going on, and raffle prizes worth no less than $50 each to help with the donations.
If you cannot attend the day of the event, we will have donation barrels in the store the week before and a few days after so that if you wish to donate food to the food bank, you may do so at that time. Plus, there will be lots of pics available on line for you to enjoy, too!
