We are definitely going to check this out!

" Following her Feb. 1 Town Hall talk on wildlife-conservation photography, award-winning photographer Suzi Eszterhas introduces a series of books aimed at a younger crowd. Her new Eye on the Wild photo-book series, for children ages 4-7, follows the lives of baby animals from birth to adulthood as they grow up in the wild. The books—Gorilla, Cheetah, Lion, Sea Otter, Brown Bear, and Orangutan—are written and photographed by Eszterhas, who presents all aspects of the animals’ lives with adorable and unprecedented close-up photos of family groups in their natural habitats, along with accompanying conservation information. At this special Town Hall Family event, Eszterhas shares child-friendly stories of her adventures in the field: From capturing a lion cub’s first meeting with his dad to rescuing tiny baby sloths, Eszterhas’ tales will delight kids and parents alike. Presented by Town Hall as part of its Family series! "

Tickets are $5 (plus 1.16 fee per ticket) at www.townhallseattle.org or 888/377-4510 and at the door beginning at 10:30 am. Downstairs at Town Hall; enter on Seneca Street.

Also, FYI - They said there was a typo somewhere online stating that kids were free, however they are not. They did clarify that "babes in arms" are free.
