free snowshoeing during Winter Trails Day in Snoqualmie locally and all around the U.S.! - Saturday, January 12th 2013 - All Day!

Ever try snowshoeing?? Good time to start!


" The Mountaineers will host the 17th Annual Winter Trails Day on Saturday, January 12, 2013 from 10 am to 4 pm at our Snoqualmie Campus (located between Summit West & East at Snoqualmie Pass).

Join us for free snowshoe tours and demos from Tubbs, Atlas, MSR & REI! Kids are welcome and no experience is necessary to enjoy this family friendly event. Be sure to bring your photo ID, which you’ll need to check out snowshoes. We encourage you to bring cash for hot chocolate and coffee, but please leave skis and sleds at home.

Winter Trails is a national event that offers those new to snow sports an opportunity to try snowshoeing for FREE. Equipment, instruction and tours will be available. "
