Annual Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Youth March starts at MLK Park in Seattle - Saturday, January 19th 2013 at 1pm

" On Saturday, January 19, 2013, starting at 1 p.m., teens from around Seattle will march from Martin Luther King, Jr. Park (2200 Martin Luther King, Jr. Way) to Garfield Community Center (2323 E Cherry St.) in honor of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr.

The march is an annual event with a focus on Seattle youth and provides an opportunity to share with one another how Dr. King has touched their lives. This year’s theme is “I am more than_______ (fill in the blank).”

Teens will enjoy food and refreshments after the march. "
