"Insects"- a free movie at Lewis Creek Park Visitor Center - Sunday, June 10th 2012 at 2pm

Take the kids to see a movie all about bugs!

" By assuming a variety of body shapes and incorporating armor and wings, insects have evolved diverse strategies and become the most abundant creatures on Earth.  Many insects carry chemical weapons as a form of defense.  Some insects gain an advantage through cooperation.  When an American black bear destroys a bee's nest, the bees in the colony survives by carrying their honey to a new site.  Running time is 50 minutes. "
