*POSTPONED*Deep SEEDs dance and life skills program for teen girls FREE Open House in Seattle - Thursday, June 7th 2012 from 5-7pm

Attend this program with your teen daughter or by yourself** to see what it is all about. SEEDs stands for Self-esteem, Empowerment and Education through Dance. This program teaches young women much more than dance. This is an after-school program that meets 3 times per week. The girls learn self discovery, inner beauty, confidence, independence, better body image, leadership, social skills and even financial training like budgeting and more through special presentations. This program incorporates dance, talking circles, journal writing and presentations to promote each girl's individual development and empowerment to be socially and fiscally responsible to themselves and their community.

The program accepts 25 teen girls (13 to 18 years old) in the Seattle community and entrance into the program does NOT depend on demonstrated talent, standard beauty, or ability to pay the fees the program would require.

**I feel it is important to watch the 12+ minute video ALL the way through to get a good handle on what this program is all about. Again, it is much more than dance.
