This year we are going to bake sugar cookies and add some confetti sprinkles to make it festive, watch a family movie and order Asian take-out food! (A yearly tradition my husband and I started awhile back.)  And we might make some noisemakers and some paper confetti too since my 3 year old loves cutting with his kid scissors. He will be surprised that he gets to throw it up in the air...can't wait to see his face as he does!
