This is a review and giveaway for Abigail’s Avenue and the White Chef’s Coat and Chef’s Hat!

FreePlay Kids is excited to announce our newest sponsor, Abigail’s Avenue, and the 2011 Holiday Giveaway!

Abigail’s Avenue is an online store selling all kinds of cute dress-up outfits and assorted make-believe related toys, including kitchens, dollhouses, play food, play money, accessories and more. On a personal note, I have been a fan of theirs since I discovered them several months ago.

Fire Chief and friend!
As I mentioned, they offer all kinds of beautiful and functional dress-up clothes. We use the outfits for dress-up play and then get double duty by using them for Halloween too - (see Fire Chief pictures)! They wear very well and are made of high quality fabric and materials! We are looking forward to continued play with them and also using them for Halloween next year too!

Halloween 2011!

I have ordered a few dress-up costumes and outfits from Abigail’s Avenue.

They were easy to order online, arrived nicely and in a timely matter. We have ordered the Construction Worker outfit, the Fire Chief outfit and the Chef’s Coat and matching Chef’s Hat and my son loves them all and enjoys wearing them. When there is something to fix in the house, he goes and puts on his construction outfit. When he tells me there is a “fire” he goes and puts on his Fire Chief outfit, moves me out of the area for safety (!) and puts out the pretend fire. And when he cooks for real with me or daddy or does pretend cooking at his play stove he goes and puts on his Chef’s outfit. So, needless to say we get a lot of usage out of them!

The biggest thing that made me a fan of Abigail’s Avenue, was that with one of the orders I had received, there was one piece in the several piece outfit, namely the bullhorn of the Fire Chief set, that did not work properly. Donna, the owner of the company, went above and beyond to work with the manufacturer to get it replaced for me (and in a timely matter). That’s what made me an ultimate fan of Abigail’s Avenue; their loyalty to their customers and standing behind the products they represent.

So, now for the fun part! Abigail’s Avenue, along with FreePlay Kids, is offering to one lucky reader, a high quality, White Chef’s Coat (the winner picks the size) and a matching, adjustable White Chef’s Hat! Yay!
