30+ Halloween Happenings listed by Seattle Parks and Rec starting Friday, October 21st thru the end of the month

Seattle Parks and Rec offers a Halloween event for every ghoulie and ghostie now thru the 31st! The Halloween events list is divided into 5 areas; West Seattle, Southeast, Central, Northeast and Northwest. Most are free and some are for "Less than a Latte".
