Chinatown-International District Summer Festival 2011 presented by McDonald's! There will be cultural performances, like lion and dragon dances, rhythmic taiko drumming, Chinese martial arts demonstrations, award-winning
drill teams, and a kids’ activity corner featuring a host of
activities from origami, lantern-decorating, face-painting, and
kite-making in the American Family Insurance Youth & Family Cultural
Pavilion. There will also be a Karaoke Idol contest with prizes and lots of booths featuring arts & crafts, food, and
community organizations.
