Mmmm cupcakes! Head to the Halloween Cupcake Decorating Party in Bellevue on Monday!

Watch a professional icing demonstration and experiment on your very own sugary victim! Kids can make a Pumpkin, Spiderweb or Mummy! Demonstrations happen at 4:30pm and 5:30pm. Plus, costumed kiddos get free cupcake toppers, rings, or babycake card!

Event is "Less than a Latte" at $5 per child!
