Family Days in Seattle Tilth's Learning Gardens

The whole family is invited to participate in these exciting FREE garden celebrations.

Discover the joy of gardening with kids! Indulge in garden snacks and let loose in our organic learning gardens. Families can use all or their senses to explore the garden, seek out garden critters and plant a vegetable or flower to take home. Come and see what Seattle Tilth's children's garden programs are all about; no need to rsvp.

 Earth Egg Day
  • Saturday, April 23; 10 a.m. - noon
  • Location: Children's Garden behind the Good Shepherd Center

    Celebrate spring and the Earth! Explore the garden and meet some baby urban farm animals. Small petting zoo to include bunnies, ducklings, and two week-old chicks. Also plant a vegetable and flower seed to take home. Take part in Worm bin exploration and sensory tours of the garden.
